When you've got a real estate investment project, call One Day Home Staging & Redesign at the start.  Let us develop design guidelines for paint, lighting, flooring, etc. that will appeal to your target buyer.  Then, when the property is ready for sale, we will stage customized models, showrooms or the entire property.

Fees:  Flat fees or hourly ($75-$125).

  

2.  color consultation

A color change is a quick, inexpensive and dramatic  way to update a room. Color sets the mood and enhances your furnishings but color isn’t easy!  One Day Home Staging & Redesign visits your home, then delivers a report with color swatches and recommendaitons to create the effect you want in a single room or throughout your home

Fees:  $200

 

3.  personal shopping

 Planning a furniture purchase? Window treatments?  Flooring?  Or just looking for new small furnishings that will freshen a room and add a color splash?  Then let's go shopping! Think of One Day Home Staging & Redesign as your BFF (who just happens to be an expert in home decorating and design)!

Fees:  $50/hour

4.  downsizing, assisted living, senior care

Whether you're selling the big house and moving to a smaller property, assisting a parent who is moving to a Senior care facility, or remodeling your home so a parent can move in, you need expert advice and assistance.

Fees:  $50-$75/hour

5.  holiday and special event decorating

Do you have a big anniversary, birthday, home wedding, or holiday event coming up?  One Day Home Staging & Redesign does proposals for your at-home event, indoors or out and can handle the purchasing and decorating to make your life easier. 

Fees:  $75/hour or flat fee

 

6.  speaking, seminars and presentations

Do you need an entertaining and informative presentation about most-bang-for-your-buck home improvements, home buying/selling, or other home-related topics?  Judy Carlough, owner of One Day Home Staging & Redesign, has done hundreds of presentations to audiences of a few people to a few thousand.  She works with economic development councils, chambers of commerce, regional and local Real Estate firms, home builders associations, national conferences and board meetings.
