 Our services:

1.  staging for do-it-yourselfers:  written evaluation only
We visit your home then create a customized, room-by-room written evaluation (typically 6-8 pages) so you can do the de-cluttering, furniture rearrangement and other fix-ups yourself.   

Fees:  $150-$300

The goal: Identify what to do to eliminate buyer turn-offs and play up each room’s best features so buyers feel an emotional bond and SEE themselves your home.

2.  written evaluation PLUS staging services

After creating the evaluation, we work with homeowners (andRealtors) to execute the improvements you selected.   This typically includes furniture rearrangement, re-hanging artwork, de-cluttering and de-personalizing, color consultation (new wall colors), window treatments (removal and re-installation, as needed), and minor repairs.  We provide professional, wide angle photos for MLS and can assist with things like temporary storage, finding handymen, painters, electricians, etc.

Fees:  $75/hour

The goal:  Make your life easier with turnkey services with fast turnaround to improve your home's sales value.

3.  empty home staging
When buyers walk into empty rooms, they see problems, not opportunities.  Staging provides positive visual triggers that allow buyers to see how their furnishings will look.  One Day Home Staging & Redesign rents small furniture and accessories, window treatments, art, plants and other furnishings that turn empty rooms into dream spaces.  We handle the installation, de-installation and regular servicing of the staged elements until the home sells. We can also arrange for large furniture rental (dining room sets, entertainment centers, sofas, bedroom suites, etc.) from our partners who specialize in this business.

Fees:  Small furnishings only:  $450+/month  (4-6 rooms)   Large furniture and small furnishings:  $1000+/month (4-6 rooms).  Contact us for an FREE estimate based on your specific needs.

4.  new construction, flippers and commercial properties

When you've got a real estate investment project, call One Day Home Staging & Redesign at the start.  Let us develop design guidelines for paint, lighting, flooring, bathroom and kitchen strategies, etc.   We can achieve maximum appeal for your target buyer or tenant.  When construction or improvements are complete, we will stage your models, showrooms or the entire property.

Fees:  Flat fees or hourly ($75-$125) plus staging rentals, as needed

Real Estate Staging takes only a few hours for a walk-through and written, room-by-room evaluation with recommendations.

Sellers have the option of doing the improvements themselves, or hiring One Day Staging & Redesign to do the work selected.  Improvements can take one day or several, depending on what you do.
